Product descriptions, images, mockups, colors, finishes, placement examples, and other visual content are provided for general reference. Final printed or produced results may vary depending on:

• Screen settings and device display differences
• Placement tolerances and finishing variations typical of custom production

We do not guarantee that a final physical product will be identical to a digital preview, mockup, or on-screen display.

Section 4 – Custom Production Terms

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All products are made to order based on your submitted or selected order details
• Production begins after the order is confirmed and accepted for processing
• You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of your order details before submission
• You are responsible for the quality, spelling, file resolution, and content of submitted designs, text, logos, and artwork
• Minor variations in color, placement, scale, finish, or print result may occur as part of the normal custom production process

Because each order is produced specifically for the customer, correctly produced custom orders are considered final sale, subject only to the limited exceptions described in our Refund Policy.

Section 5 – Customer-Submitted Content

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use any artwork, logos, designs, text, trademarks, or other content that you submit to us. You agree that customer-submitted materials do not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights. We are not responsible for intellectual property disputes, infringement claims, or legal issues arising from customer-provided content. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that include content we believe may be unlawful, infringing, offensive, prohibited, or otherwise unsuitable for production.

Section 6 – Quotes, Orders, and Acceptance

Quote requests submitted through the website are for pricing and review purposes only and do not create a binding order unless and until the order is accepted and processed. All orders are subject to review, acceptance, production feasibility, and availability. All products are produced after order confirmation in accordance with our made-to-order process. Production times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, service interruptions, high seasonal order volume, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Because our products are made to order, correctly produced and delivered orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to customer preference, incorrect selections, or changes of mind.
